Definition of Personal Information

Personal information does not include aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify a specific individual.

Service providers: We share personal information with trusted third-party vendors and service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including payment processing, ticketing and venue management, email delivery, IT and cloud hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, and customer support. These parties are contractually required to protect personal information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Business partners and sponsors: With your consent, or where otherwise permitted, we may share certain personal information with team sponsors, league partners (including the NHL, CFL, WHL, NLL, and AHL), and other affiliated organizations to facilitate services or communications you have requested.

Corporate transactions: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, personal information may be transferred to the relevant parties as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
